
Payment is due at the time service is rendered. For your convenience, we accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
For our patients who have insurance, we will submit the claim to the insurance company for them. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance claim has processed is your responsibility. We will send you a statement. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
